Nog steeds geen levering

Nog steeds geen levering, eerste belofte was week 32, dan week 34, morgen start week 37 en algemene stilte en nog geen levering. Bedrog of pech???????

Complete mess part 2

Complete mess. Writing the second review already, since the case got even worse. The original estimated delivery date got posposned from mid septmeber to mid December. This is rediclous. It takes ages for this company to reply to my emails, that is if they reply, and it is almost impossible to reach them via phone. No solutions what's so ever. Avoid buying from them at all cost.

My table is not arriving

My table is not arriving. It said 10-14weeks. It's already 32 weeks now. I received an email 2 weeks ago that my table is in the factory and they would send an invite for delevery. Still didn't happen. It's also already 2 weeks that my emails just get ignored.

It's an horrible experience buying stuff from this website.

Quality product but assembly needs to be more clear

Quality product, high quality of materials and construction. On the onlineshop it states if it requires assembly or not, but it's just a tiny, easy to miss, note. It means that when it arrived I had no way to bring it upstairs in one piece and I had to call a verhuislift at the last moment. Not very handy and definitely expensive. A more complete description and delivery options would work better.

Broken item and poor communication

I received the coffee table weeks after it was promised, and then it was delivered broken. I contacted client service immediately, but I received no reply. I sent a second email, and still, I have not received a reply or acknowledgement of receipt.

The order is not bad

The order is not bad. The table looks nice, despite having only the edges thick and the rest quite thin.

But what was the worse is the delivery. It look 4 weeks more than the promised latest delivery date. The initial delivery timelines were already very long (14 weeks), but the order arrived in the week 18 only.

The delivery itself was quite smooth though. So unless you mind having to wait for a month longer than the latest expected date, I would recommend.

Ordered a table on January 1st and…

Ordered a table on January 1st and waited 14 weeks (insteed of 10 announced). The delivery company arrived at my door and the table was not in the truck. Since then I have no solution from Huus about my order.
