Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service - received a new Hurley jacket with a used face mask in its pocket, pretty disgusting discovery and service when I was forced to pay the return postage for the jacket!! I would avoid Hurley and eshopworld over this one

Worst online experience ever

Purchased an expensive wetsuit as a gift. Used the delivery guide & added a couple of days for any challenges. What a nightmare! The product was untraceable for 5 days - just disappeared & then I kept getting their “watch the tracking” cut & paste email. There was NO tracking to watch. So told them I no longer wanted the item after 2 weeks as they also did not know where it was. Asked for a refund…. Got told I had to wait for it to turn up & then return it & then they would give me a refund - less shipping. What? Why do I have to wait for a refund on a product that disappeared and then pay for shipping. This is Your logistics problem Hurley - not mine. As the product disappeared I went to an alternative brand to purchase (which turned up in 3 days fully traceable) e-shopping on Hurley - Do not bother! They have managed to completely destroy a loyal customer. I will NEVER buy from them again. Customer service is absolutely awful.

CROOKS !!!

Do not by anything from these crooks!!!

Bought a sweatshirt as a gift which never arrived. Used tracking service which showed it took nearly 4 weeks to get to the UK after which Yodel received it.
I contacted Yodel several times who could not locate the parcel then was updated to sent back to sender.

It was confirmed as received by Hurley who ignored my many emails requesting either the parcel to be sent again or issue a refund.

NOTHING!!

Absolutely atrocious, can’t believe they are a legitimate company.

If you want to by Hurley stick to reputable retailers instead.

New phantom range is an exhibition of tastelessness

I love my Phantom boardies, been wearing them for almost a decade. I wanted to replace them with newer pairs for christmas but there's two problems:

1. No size 31s anywhere on the website. I currently own 3 size 31s that I bought 5 years ago.

2. The new colour schemes/patterns are ghastly. I'd rather be dead then be seen in pretty much any of the new patterns. What happened to good old fashioned solid colours? My navy, black, and olive pairs are durable in pretty much any context (beyond surfing), I can wear them to the pub or when playing sport. These new styles look like they've been copied from a K-Mart catalogue, in fact, K-Mart at least sells many solid colours because they know people don't want some multi-coloured pair of boardies that bogans wear sinking tins and fishing.

Very disappointing to see the sad state of affairs of the Phantom range. Bring back solid colours, size 31s, and the single "H" near the knee. Surfers don't want clothes with gaudy branding, we're minimalists. Keep it simple.

Extra star is for the website interface, apparel is one star all round.

If I can give 0 star I would this is my first time ordering on Hurley and it really sucks my order was been super delayed and the Damn customer service only can say I should wait and from their calculation I should receive my package like the end of the month…wow that’s ridiculous…I ordered it august 1,2021 imagine that time period they told me to wait by the end of the month they didn’t even try to reach the fedex what’s happening coz it’s supposed to be delivered august 10

One word...
Sucks.
I ordered a 2 piece bikini, Hurley processed my order. Only the bottoms arrived and a
delayed email that stated the item (bikini top) was no longer in stock so they canceled my order. I ask to return the bottom, which I'm not interested in owning without the matching top, and they want to charge me 10$. So now I'm out a swim suit and it cost me 10$. I am so sick of companies that lack transparency, communication, and customer service. Don't waist your time.

Last time ordering from these people

Last time ordering from these people. They used to be great with customers, not anymore. I ordered on 9/2/20 was told that my item will arrive before my trip on the 14th, now I’m told that I won’t get it till 15th. Now the package will sit outside the house for a month... so I basically ordered to waste money & time. I should’ve went with quicksilver. All my items arrived in 5 days from them with free shipping!

Shorted me $80 on a return of defective merchandise

I was interested in ordering 2 wetsuits from Hurley so I looked at the size charts to figure out what size I would be and also checked the return policy on their website (hurley.com) to make sure that if they didn't fit I would be able to exchange or return them for the full amount.

I read through their return policy linked in the footer on hurley.com to here which has no mention of any restocking fees: {link redacted}
I received my order and the sizing was off and I was not able to fit in either suit. The size 8 was too big, and the size 10 was too small, which there is no way possible was me ordering the wrong size. That is a quality control issue on their suit sizing.

Sent the defective suits back & when I got the refund amount it was $80 less than I paid. I asked their CS and was told they kept 20% for a restocking fee even though the suits were in brand new condition with tags shipped back in the exact packaging they had sent them to me in despite no mention on their policy page.

TL;DR Hurley scammed me out of $80 for an unpublished 20% restocking fee on 2 defective wetsuits.
