ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
The watch us gorgeous but after less than a year I can no longer submerge it under the tap when washing my hands even though they state you can up to 5M. I have been trying to get in touch with them for over two weeks. The only response I have had is "what is the problem?" nothing before nothing after. This now makes it two emails, two Tweets, three messages via DM on IG and now Trustpilot. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
