When I 1st went to the Ryan Christian website I was overwhelmed. I wanted a 'sterling' gift for a man who doesn't really do jewelry....just a wedding ring. When I spotted the Byzantine bracelet I knew it was perfect. It's gorgeous & detailed without being gaudy or girly. He loved it instantly. Your customer service, especially Staci, was so accommodating when I needed to have the bracelet enlarged from 7.5 to 8. It now fits perfectly. Thanks so much. I'll definitely choose Ryan Christian again.

I usually try to get my wife unique pieces of jewelry she does not have. This pendant was perfect. She loves it and is now one of her favorite pieces.

Ordered the Hybrid bracelet. It is beautiful. Substantial,well constructed and looks great on my wrist. Love it. Have not taken it off.

I wear this piece with a larger chain and it makes a great combo. I get so many compliments on it.

I liked the men's 1,400mm bracelet the first time I saw it on Facebook but didn't buy it immediately. But after going back and looking at it a few times I bought it. It is a substantial piece. It's beautiful and I have been getting a lot of compliments. It is my first piece of jewelry I ever bought for myself. I love it!

I chose this design for the unique clasp. The workmanship is superb, it wears beautifully, I stack it with my hybrid. I'm looking for my newest addition to commemorate a milestone birthday this year. Highly recommend !!! A+++

Opened my Forge bracelet and immediately fell in love. Love the craftsmanship, love the weight, love its beauty… My wrist is under 6 1/2", so I was vacillating between a 6 1/2" and 7". So glad I went with the 7". It is slightly loose so it won't travel up and over my wrist bone. Perfect. I will always keep it on, so the size will feel part of me, not flying all around. Just had right hand surgery, so I won't be able to wear it til January. Can't wait! Thank you for this gorgeous piece!

Great experience with RCD. Absolutely love my new Heritage bracelet! Quality of craftsmanship is excellent. Very cool design. Nice hefty weight to it. Will likely be a true heritage piece that will be passed on to my son at some point.

In regards to customer service experience - I originally ordered a Native Byzantine bracelet and it shipped out quickly via UPS 3 Day Select. Unfortunately, the bracelet was a bit too big and I started the return process through their website (they didn't have the correct size in stock), which was very easy to do. Afterwards, I found another design in my size that I liked even better. I contacted their customer service to ask if I could exchange instead of return, they were very friendly and said no problem. I ultimately decided to just place a new order to purchase the other bracelet (to get it quicker) and asked they refund the original order. They promptly refunded after receiving it back. I would definitely order from them again. Good communication and overall customer service.
