They responded to my email by phoning me, and the lady I spoke to was an absolute star – courteous, polite, and very efficient.The upgrade went smoothly with only a minor hiccup, but tech support has been amazing. They knew exactly what the issue was and sorted it with minimum fuss. 10 out of 10 for me – couldn't recommend them highly enough – and my 2.5 gig connection is amazingSpecial thanks to Jordan from tech support, who really knew what he was talking about and kept me informed every step of the way. Superb service!.

I was unsure about changing from virgin to hull fibre or to any one for that matter but I was assured it would work with my eero 7 max system I had to change some settings that hull Fibre took me through and they are working great I have found them to be very helpfull and now so happy I changed over with faster speeds and save money at the same time

Do not leave Hull Fibre for a cheaper offer elsewhere even if you feel pressure from cold callers or online switching services.
Have always had great service with them and the price is amazing for what you actually get.
I accidentally switched providers to another MS3 provider BeeBu and just migrated on the 5/3/26 1pm by 1pm 9/3/26 I was back trying to get with Hull Fibre after no service from the new provider. Left without internet after the migration.
Quick email for advice and I’ve now started the process of joining back with Hull Fibre who are the best around. I know they will do what ever it takes to get me up and running in no time again.
Really don’t no why I clicked accept when I was looking around should have just kept with Hull Fibre in the first place.
Lesson learned when you have something good at home don’t stray away for brighter cheaper deals.
You pay for what you get and £40 is a bargain for the service and speeds and local customer service.
Don’t be a Steven and switch its really not greener on the other side. Stick with Hull Fibre

Internet went down for the 4th time in 2 weeks. This time on a Saturday. Phoned. Spoke to someone who said a member of the technical support team will be in touch as no support available during the weekend. Absolutely disgusting. You have lost a loyal customer with your attitude. My tv runs off the Internet. Edit: not good enough hull fibre.

Absolutely outstanding service from Hull Fibre, and especially Jordan.
I had an ongoing issue where my internet connection was being incorrectly geotagged, which was causing problems with streaming services and location-based access. Jordan didn’t just give a quick fix, he properly diagnosed the root cause and explained everything clearly along the way.
He identified the public IP issue, generated new connection details specific to my line, and manually assigned me a clean static IP. He then logged into my router, updated the WAN settings, and made sure everything was working exactly as it should. Since then, the connection has been rock solid and correctly identified online.
On top of that, Jordan optimised my WiFi setup by moving the 2.4 GHz network to a less congested channel and adjusting the channel width to suit the local environment. That attention to detail has noticeably improved stability.
What really stands out is the level of knowledge, transparency, and care taken. No rushing, no guessing, no passing the buck. Just proper technical competence and customer service done right.
This is exactly how ISP support should be. Credit where it’s due — Jordan was excellent, and Hull Fibre should be proud of the service they’re providing.
Highly recommended.

Customer care and service from this supplier is amazing. Having had issues with the network in my home, a site visit was arranged. Jordan came out and spent time in getting the system, network and equipment to work in full function meaning less down time and better connectivity.

I had given a recent review a bit annoyed at my Internet. However I didn't ring for advise. Well a nice guy called Liam rang me asking what the problem was. I told him he said he would ring back and within the hour he had rang back and everything was sorted. It was more of a my issue then Internet. I am old and dont understand modern technology. THANK YOU LIAM AND HULL FIBRE .

All went fine for a few months but soon came down to earth with a bang. Got up Saturday 22 Nov to no WiFi so no mobile phone , television as steam everything and no Xbox. Went on chat bot with Aimee promised a call back - nothing, sent two Emails to the Hello site as told - nothing, phoned out of hours to report twice and they can do nothing. There is No customer or Technical support from midnight Fridays to 8:30 Mon absolutely ridiculous as I run a business from my home and No WiFi service just a blinking green PON light. We are left with no means of support at all which is the reason we left KCom after 40 years. We are extremely disappointed and angry as no one has even picked up any of our complaints ticket in 2 days when we were told twice someone will contact us back, just silence. Not good enough
I have issues with my router and it appears I will have to wait until Monday to be able to contact Tech-Support, this is really poor.
Just moved to Hessle, tried Connexion and KCOM as they were both known to me but both couldn’t or wouldn’t provide fibre broadband. Hull fibre was recommended to me and within 1 week we were up and running. Excellent service, kept us fully informed and the fibre broadband is excellent. Would recommend this company. Thank you.
