I have an accident 2 weeks ago and for now I mąkę my own way car transport becouse they offered me car transport in 1.5 week, do You understand 1.5 week!!! Car is in theyr s partner garage but garage won t do anything becouse company still don t gave guarantee of payment, also not many People speaker English in this company. Now i am waiting for dekra to chęci my car and maybe repair. Don t sign contract with them.... hope info are usefull for You

Having a bad experience with this insurance provider. communications are not clear and are too slow. No one speaks english, there is no phone number for support. Prices are not clear. The final price of the contract is almost double as the initial offer. As well, they do not accept foreign insurance history so If you come from another EU country your history is 0 and you have to pay a lot. This was communicated to me after 14 days so I can not cancel the insurance policy anymore.

Update 19/05/2022:
After hundreds of emails and calls I could guess they need the 'claim history certificate' and they even do not what is it called in German.
I requested the certificate from my ex insurance and sent them a copy. According to European law, Huk24 has to accept my history and apply the classification and discount. But NO. They are asking me to pay the complete compensation and say we 'probably' change the classification later!!

Whilst the HUK provides competitive prices, it also provides the most incompetent advisors.
Our car was a total write-off due to another party and no fault of our own. The initial contact person we had was very helpful and sympathetic. From there it just went downhill...
We waited 3 hours for a tow service where he didn't even know which garage to take the car to. Every time we speak to someone on the phone they do not even have a proper reference for our open case and confuse matters further. They do not even bother to give us proper advice as it is out of their remit and we need to deal with the other party's insurance. Be that as it may, we would appreciate some advice with what we actually need to sort out with them but empathy seems a foreign concept for the HUK.
This is fine, we have engaged a lawyer to assist us with the opposing party and in the worst case deal with HUK also as they have no interest to help.
Better to pay a bit more and have a better, more competent service.
To anybody reading this from HUK: we do not want to give you feedback or speak to you any further.

Good afternoon,
Yesterday at night, in between 25 minutes, I had my insurance request with HUK24. Easy, clear and very very interesting price.

Few minutes after this, I receive my code to go to the Traffic Office and take my number plate.

Until now I feel happy, so I have to tell this:" recommended".

Impossible to reach - until now I have called them 31 times spending 2 hours and 20 minutes on the phone for the damage on the car from beginning of July. In addition to that none of my mails were answered. Three times I went to different workshops where they have sent me and damage report was also sent to them, but without any response. Since this week they have new working times for the call center from 08:00 to 18:00, which means that it will be even harder to reach them.

I am very happy customer of HUK 24. I am using this service since 2017. and no worries. Have some problem with the car and got connection very fast and got free rented car wih full insurance. They have very cheaper rate. Mostly recomended.

I was already a user of HUK24 but now I registered for a new insurance under my own name. Up to now I am very satisfied with the services of HUK24 and getting a new contract was very easy and quick. I recommend HUK24.

It was a great experience, I am Spanish and the only reason to leave them was for I got back to Spain to living. I appreciate a lot his service, being a foreigner in Germany, I have felt at home. Thanks

I am really happy to be Huk24 customer.
First, they are cheap comparing to other insurance companies.
Second, they have really great customer service. It is already the second time I am asking them to add 3rd person to the contract for a short period and they are doing it for free without asking further questions.
