I think she liked it

Great quality beautifully gift wrapped. Customer service was excellent too. I wanted to change my order and they quickly sorted this out for me. Put a smile on my girlfriend’s face she loves it. Thanks guys.

Good customer service and well wrapped gifts not without issues

Review was initially a 1 star due to 2 reasons, firstly a failure to deliver a promise of providing a product on pre-order. Not sure how or why but they never made enough stock for pre orders... Secondly their shop has AI generated images and potentially reviews. The AI generated images come with the reviews so I can only assume they are fake.

Regardless of this I have given them a 4 star as they were quick to respond and even compensated me with a free gift for the pre-order troubles. I have not yet opened my order as they have are gift wrapped (very well I should add).

Put in an order weeks ago and they…

Put in an order weeks ago and they still haven't shipped my order. No communication from the seller and no way to get clarity around shipping timeline. Attempted to contact them through their official support email and my message was bounced back. The email is inactive. Sketchy company.

It appears they are dropshipping

It appears they are dropshipping, as the product I received was of incredibly poor quality. To make matters worse, I later found the exact same product on Amazon, and I could have bought three of them for the price I paid here. The significant price markup for such a low-quality item is frankly unacceptable.

Fraud

Hello,
I made an order for a night lamp on June 28th and still don’t have it and not even shipped. I wrote to the support team on August 8th and didn’t have any response at all. Seems like fraud!

Appealing website

Though I have yet to receive my package, I find the look of your website quite appealing and captivating enough to make anyone find interest in making your products a gift or their comfort. And though I live overseas, I trust that based on reviews of other customers, there's probably no need to worry, but believe the orders are satisfactory

Like the Product, but Not the Delivery Time

I have received two items that I purchased, and I do like them. The reason I gave a 3-star rating was because the website was not user friendly and it took me a few times to finally get my order placed. Also, the shipping/delivery of my order took quite some time.
