online-angebot ist sehr gut. versandkosten und v.a. versandkosten für retoure (aus und nach england) exhorbitant hoch. hab die bestellte kappe gar nicht zurückgeschickt, weil summe aus 1. versand und 2. retourversand gleich hoch wie der preis für die kappe war

Sehr große Auswahl. Die Sortierung und Filterung im shop könnte noch besser sein.
Sehr guter Kundendienst und gute Kommunikation. Kulante Abwicklung.
Allerdings sehr lange Bearbeitungszeit der Retoure.
