Buying and checking out was smooth and easy. I accidentally forgot to include my unit number in the shipping details, so I emailed Huckberry right away. Within minutes, Maxim jumped in and fixed the issue, and Stevon followed up to make sure everything was good. My package has already shipped too!

Long time Loyal Customer
As a long-time, loyal customer, I have rarely had any problems with Huckberry. However, things do happen even with the best of companies.
If there was a sixth star I would have given it to the support team at Huckberry. They were prompt to respond to my request and quick to solve the issue. Instead of trying to find ways to push repsonsibility elsewhere they simply owned it, a very novel concept in these trying times.
If you want the coolest stuff for yourself or if you are looking to find stuff for those loved ones who have everything, then Huckberry is the place for you.

Huckberry doesn't talk about customer relationships, it creates them one customer at a time. It happens through outstanding products, engaging content, seamless execution and customer service that embraces all aspects of the customer relationship. I judge all of my online orders/experiences against Huckberry...which sucks for everyone else.

NEVER RECEIVED REFUND
I've never seen a company take so dang long to initiate a refund. I had a product for less than 24 hours before shipping it back. Got delivered to them within 2 days but I still have not received my refund or received word on when it's going to be processed. At this point, it's going to be over a month before I even see my money. I wouldn't normally care but it's almost $200 from a bad product. IDK what they're doing. They keep saying that they get a lot of returns and it takes them a long time to review each return. Just sounds like a lot of people are annoyed by bad products. I just want my money back.

Always helpful, smart and generous in their response - I sometimes have issues collecting deliveries / orders as I visit the US from Europe and usually always have a Huckberry order pending somewhere. Huckberry have been excellent at helping with returns even if they happen outside of the return window.

Late night Purchase on a Weekend
I made a late night purchase on Friday/Saturday. After everything went through I needed to submit additional information so I sent an email sometime past midnight Saturday morning. It was less than 24 hours they responded and took the action I needed. By 0800hrs Monday morning everything was completed. Excellent response time. Not many companies can or do respond as Huckberry did.
