I purchased an “all-in-one QBcore server pack” from HTNetwork, which was advertised as including “120 premium scripts” and a fully functional one-click installation.

In reality, the product does not match these claims.

The package appears to consist largely of standard QBcore scripts that are freely available online, rather than any clearly identifiable “premium” content. Despite multiple requests, the seller has failed to provide a detailed or verifiable list of the advertised “120 premium scripts,” or any explanation of what makes them “premium.”

The advertised one-click installation also does not function as described, resulting in an incomplete and non-working setup. Instead of addressing these discrepancies, the seller repeatedly redirected me to generic troubleshooting steps, avoiding the core issue.

To make matters worse, my support ticket was closed without providing any clear answers or resolution, which raises serious concerns about the level of support offered after purchase.

Overall, this experience feels misleading and lacks transparency. Until the seller can clearly demonstrate that the product matches the advertised claims, I would strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution.

I would like the thank the entire Htnetwork team for all they did for me. My server had got raided and the team (Tom and Kim) Had helped me out so much. They helped me get a new vps free of charge and they a lot setup the whole thing as well. I Couldn't be more thankful for the Htnetwork team. Thank you guys so much.

Going to start that the support team is amazing especially Kim, Helped me fix all my issues very quick its very impressive, overall the pack mods hosting everything is very great. I don't understand why people leave negative reviews behind. If you wanna start your fivem server i recommend HTNetwork.

Fantastic support even around the holiday period! Server and mods looks great.

Servers are in great shape! Customer service was fantastic, I dealt with Kim on several occasions and she was absolutely phenomenal! Only thing I would have to say that’s even remotely negative is, if your new to RP or 5m there arnt many guides or tutorials on how to do more of the basic gameplay stuff like sell the drugs you’ve made,so if that’s my only complaint id say they are doing a pretty damn good job. And just to reiterate customer service is great, quick responses, very helpful, and fantastic attitudes!!

A few bugs with the packs but the support team, especially Kim, were fantastic, helped very quicky, and were very professional. Although I have been waiting a while for the "developer" to fix something, not sure if that is a HT Network problem or someone who made the mods.

Kim is hands down amazing! Even though I’m in the US with totally different time zones, she always makes everything smooth, fast, and effortless. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication are unmatched. I highly recommend HTNetwork and the services they offer. I’ll continue to use them and refer them to others without hesitation.
