The Glass Rooms Dining
We had a wonderful time we had when visiting the glass rooms on Saturday 13th August. We stumbled upon the glass room after exiting the superbloom and asked if it would be ok to come in for a drink and admire the amazing view. Jonny greeted us gave us a table with a great view, he chatted with us and made us feel so welcome. It was a wonderful end to my birthday, amazing views, amazing cocktails and amazing customer experience!
No Super Bloom only Sadly Brown
There are sadly no Blooms, and nothing was Super. Its clear that nothing has been done to keep the blooms alive during a dry summer.
A total disappointment topped off by the tickets being non refundable. Unless it rains, or they water it, its not worth your cost in either time or money.
Dont buy a ticket to this event, unless it rains a lot and you check that the colours are back. At the moment, its only Super Brown. Hugely Disappointed.
SUPERBLOOM the least super or bloom…
SUPERBLOOM the least super or bloom thing I have ever seen. We expected less flowers due to the dry spell but not the dry wasteland we were met with. My wildflower selection at home was a thousand times better. When we tried to get a refund we were advised to go to our ticket provider (See Tickets) & they would see the tickets hadn't been used & would refund is.....they said sorry "no refunds" so buy the tickets to see the flowers don't use them as the flowers were dead & no you can't get a refund. Very poor after sales service. Shame on you!
Dreadful service from an organisation I thought would be beyond reproach…
Dreadful service from an organisation I thought would be above reproach. 3 months ago we bought tickets to Kensington Palace for an exhibition. Travelling 100 miles eachway necesitated and overnight stay at a hotel and lots of other expense. We turned up at the allotted time to be told our tickets had been cancelled due to a private function - staff training. 8 phone calls and 8 promises of an escalation of the complaint had receieved precisiely no action whatsoever. Not even an apology let alone compensation. How can they just cancel tickets like that with no warning and on top of that their customer service is none extistant.
A thumbs up from me
I've been to the Tower of London twice in the last few years and would whole heartly recommend that people put aside a minimum of 4-5 hours to take all aspects of the Tower in. Today I had to cancel my next scheduled visit. Here's my email:
I phoned 033303206000 this morning when I had found out my train had been cancelled due to Storm Eunice. I was meant to be bringing my 7 years old nephew to London, as I had for his sister and brother (who loved knights school) in previous years when they were studying the Great Fire of London.
I was contacting the company to ask for our tickets for our Tower of London visit to be rescheduled until April 2022. He was so friendly and even though I had booked my tickets through Visit Britain and therefore could not address my request to reschedule, he was Googling the contact information I would need to contact Visit Britain easily.
I've ended the day being able to reschedule everything except our Mary Poppins theatre tickets.
I just wanted to say thank you to the man I spoke to for his kindness and warmth in such as short conversation.
So looking forward to being at the Tower in April 2022 with my sister and nephew.
refunds for tixs due to covid exposure was not honored.
4 tixs for december 22 2021 were bought while in the USA to visit tower of London. one of the travellers came up with covid and was unable to travel. i requested a refund but as of yet have not been responded. i sent an email same day 22/12/2021 about getting refund on one of the 4 tix bought , but no acknowledgement yet .
