3 promised delivery dates and 3…

3 promised delivery dates and 3 promised delivery slots and.......nothing. *update. Finally received much later than the advised slot. To be fair I'm pretty sure it wasn't the fault of easiyo, Evri were not good, I know the weather wasn't great but other couriers did not experience the repeated delays Evri did

Update on the review I wrote on Monday

Update on the review I wrote on Monday. I’ve received my order from Easiyo with a long shelf life. I was about to contact my card supplier today to dispute my payment but now must commend Easiyo for such a prompt delivery. If only they had emailed my confirmation as their website suggested to stop me worrying. I would probably have given them 5* if they had. A lack of confirmation caused me to research which suggested the company was in liquidation but see now maybe this is not the case.

Easiyo in Liquidation or not?

I tried to purchase my usual yogurt from another company but their website seems down. I also was unable to buy on Amazon although they offered yogurt by Easiyo. Unfortunately, I thought I’d go direct to Easiyo. Their website still allowed me to make a purchase but I’ve not received a confirmation email. Now I find that they are in liquidation after reading reviews. I can see now I should have researched before purchase. Angry with myself as much as with Easiyo.

Easy? No.

Really sorry to have to be writing this review. I have used Easiyo for many years and loved it. But during the past couple of years, every other packet I have made has failed to set. Customer services advises refilling with boiled water but this is only sporadically successful, and often remain either liquid or curdle. After one very lengthy back-and-forth I was persuaded to buy a new thermos etc in case my old one was not sealing properly. I did that, but the problem has not been resolved. It means that I'm paying an average of £5 per pot of yoghurt, which is ridiculous. Packs are well in date, and yet will not set. Hate to see all these negative reviews and very few responses from the company, who don't seem interested in their issues or their jobs.

Pretty poor to be honest

Pretty poor to be honest. Came badly packaged, and several of the flavours ordered were clearly not in stock so they were just substituted with plain yoghurt. No note inside or any attempt to contact me. If you substitute it should be my choice not yours. Avoid.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered sachets for 500g pot and they arrived with less than 12 weeks code. I'd ordered 12 boxes x 3 sachets per box. When I complained was told that it says short coded on website but upon checking you can only find this if you search for it. It's not clear at all, if you simply add to cart then checkout, which is what I did, there is no notification on code. Customer service is hopeless, called me the wrong name which really winds me up then made no meaningful attempt to rectify. There's no way I can use this much product in 11 weeks plus I'm out of the country for three months mid March so will be in the USA when it expires. I wouldn't recommend this supplier to my worst enemy

Company ceased trading - order not received

I have ordered from this company many times and have always received my order quickly. However, like the other previous reviews I too made an order (£70 in May) and did not receive it. I rang and emailed several times with no reply. I eventually spoke to a lady who said my order has not been despatched as they were awaiting a few items. She assured me it would be despatched soon. I have since rang back only to hear the recorded message saying they have ceased trading. I have pursued a claim through my bank as I paid by debit card but just received an email stating they cannot pursue my claim without proof that the company has ceased trading, for example a copy of the letter from the liquidator or media coverage Despite passing on the company telephone number, they obviously will not accept the answer phone message as proof. Don’t really know where I go from here as Companies House shows them as active!

Where's my order or my refund??

I made my order also at the beginning of June and the payment was taken from my bank immediately. I have not received my order (12July!) and they are not answering the phone or emails. Where do we go from here??
Very worrying and disappointing as previously they have been efficient and reliable. J7R2T72

I ordered £60 worth last week and have had nothing delivered or any contact regarding estimated delivery. I have emailed twice and phoned loads of times, with no answer from either. I am going to report them to Trading Standards now

On 19 August, I received an email saying that they have gone into liquidation. I have already received a full refund after complaining to PayPal but I'm not sure what will happen now for people who haven't had their money back yet

update: took my money and gone bust

My order was made on the 6th June 2019. Payment was made on ordering . I received an email confirmation of processing order . I then received an email to say “ part dispatched” .
I have received no part of my order. Nor had a reply to my email enquiry questioning it. It’s now 5th July.
Very disappointing and disconcerting ..... I’m wondering if I’ve been scammed.

EasiyoShop Second Update re delay in sending orders

I have recently experienced a delay in my order from Easiyo Shop.

Previous orders have been dispatched promptly but for some reason my several emails asking for an explanation for the delay have been read by the company but not answered.
Carol Barksfield has since replied to explain the lady who normally deals with emails is on long term sick leave and some of the flavours I ordered are awaiting delivery from Easiyo.

However the money was taken immediately when my order was made over 2 weeks ago and the order is still being 'processed'
