AWESOME

I have all my insurance with Howden’s & can honestly say I won’t go elsewhere customer service is extremely excellent & price is good to ,it’s great that they are on the end of the phone & not press xyz & end up nowhere easy contact & definitely number 1 for me thank Howden’s

Charles Sherwood

Charles Sherwood, Winchester branch, needs to be cloned! Such great service and insurance knowledge, with a refreshing approach of using common sense to find the right insurance for customers. No more "computer says no" when dealing with Charles!

My agent Karl

My agent Karl, who i have dealt with for 17 years, is excellent and I could not recommend him highly enough, or praise him more.

Evolutionary corporate procedures and defaulting to apps and such like is, however, a step away from the personal touch is of no added benefit or value.
