All good and very efficient

Good service and helpful staff

My vehicle insurance requirements are not straightforward but this was not a problem for Howden. Friendly staff, not pushy and so much easier than spending hours on line.

Really good company, seem to get good deals and you do speak to a human which is nice. Contact outside office hours is difficult but they were really good with helping me with a windscreen claim I made.

Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and sorted my insurance for me very quickly

Generally a good service, there could be an advantage in expanding your insurer base. A bit more flexibility on your commission charges would be good for customers.

Great service provided by Rob Moore. Having not used an insurance broker for years and just relying on comparison sites, I was recommended to Howden and was very happy with the service provided and price. I'll now happily use them for all my insurance renewals in the fut.

Every single time your ring them there is nobody to take your call after the receptionist puts you through ,since mid July this year I have rung howdens for a renewal of my policy ,I made a total of 9 calls in a week be ause they say when someone is free they will ring and they never do ,i was actually considering taking my business somewhere else as the price wasn't that different, but I was offered a discount because of the lack of communication, so I'm not sure if these people work from home or not if they do, then there lies the problem ,if they don't then they need a call diary to ensure they ring you back so you don't have to keep chasing them ,all in all a very disappointing customer service from .y veiw

I received a reminder by email.I was able to complete renewal on line. I was able to download my Certificate of Insurance.
Although I am 86 and only use email for receiving and sending messages, writing W I minutes, newsletter and similar uses I found my experience very easy and helpful.

I have dealt with Howden Insurance for a number of years and they contact me when the renewal of the policy is due which I find very helpful as I sometimes forget the dates to renew and the process is always very straightforward and everyone gives me confidence that I am dealing with a company that will get me the best deal to fit my circumstances.

I have been with the same insurers before it was Howden and now and they have fantastic staff that help in every way
