Ordered over a week ago. Promised next day delivery. STILL WAITING

The battery arrived quickly. It has worked really well. My hoverboard isn’t working perfectly, better than before. Easy to install.

What a great e scooter for the price. Quick delivery and good customer service. Could do with more information on the display settings although there is info on you tube.

Had it a week now and have to say have no complaints. Came promptly and no problems with it at present. Easy to assemble and good to go after a little charge. Decent speed for my needs, use it mainly for local trips to shop and gym and also the school run. 5 Star service and product.

Bought this for my son's birthday, quick delivery, great quality, and he absolutely loves it.

Ordered a replacement hoverboard battery.
The battery was delivered in a tightly fit thin card box and the box had damage to one corner. The battery was also delivered in a state of very low voltage. After fully charging battery I noted very short run times. I contacted hoverboard via email explaining the issues but had no reply, tried their phone number on multiple occasions but the phone was never answered so I left several voice mails but again I was never contacted back. Finally got some luck through their messenger live chat service, they acknowledged the issue but then went quite and won't give me a returns address. And now my messages are being ignored. Stay well clear of this company.

6 days later got a text from dpd regarding delivery asked to leave with neighbour all details given. Driver apparently delivered to building I live in block of flats. Not had order told seller as dpd wouldn't deal with me still no refund or item despite being told matter would be dealt with by the seller. SCAM STAY AWAY

Spot on battery got 1hour and a half out of first charge

Ordered because the part was advertised to arrive by DPD next day. Ie by Monday. Order not even processed until the Monday and sent by Royal Mail. Arrived three days later than advised. And too late for what I needed it for.
Won’t be using again.

I bought a Black Grey 8.5 Hummer Off Road Bluetooth Hoverboard and I've noticed that it has been manufactured incorrectly with the red and white LEDs on the same side of the board. I emailed on 28/4/22 with a photo and received a reply saying could I send a video or photo!! I replied to that and have sent 2 more message since and received no reply. Appalling. I was actually going to order a second board but I won't be from here now. At least I paid on a credit card!

Fast delivery but still waiting on instructions on how to return product that does not work with out device.

I ordered a hover board for my son which came damaged when I received. I immediately send pictures and videos and the person said they would contact me next day. Since then I have tried to nudge them a couple of times for a reply, but nothing. They know they would have to replace the board as it can damaged maybe during transit, therefore they choose to avoid me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The least they could have done is called me back and tried to sort the issue out. It was a damage on the outside but it still works, and they could have solved it easily. But this company is not going to go far with such rubbish customer service. I WOULD SAY PLEASE STAY AWAY. IF your item comes damaged, they will ignore you and stop replying to your messages.

Bought a new charger from them and the item came on time. They called me if I have received my item and it’s working perfect. Best hoverboard company.

NEVER buy from this company on their website promise of free next day delivery. Ordered a hoverboard charger on that basis and eventually received it 8 days later after numerous emails, requests via messenger.

They don't respond to any communication.

Dreadful customer service.
