Beware renters
Beware renters, this is a SCAM in disguise! Housing.com promised a refund if I couldn't find a property within 90 days with their fancy "MoneyBack" plan. Like a sucker, I signed up.
90 days of frustration later? No property, no refund, and ZERO communication from Housing.com. They never sent an email about the policy details, what qualified for a refund, or anything! It's like they're hoping you'll forget and lose your money.
Calling customer service? Useless! They just give you the runaround.
Don't trust their empty promises! Housing.com is all talk and no action. They take your money and then leave you high and dry.

1000 times i request to all friend don't buy any service from this website.. There don't have any genuine data. I have purchase subscription and i waste my total money. after payment i not getting single inquiry from this side. and even i try to find itself but there unable to find single genuine lead.
Absolute waste and truly unprofessional bunch of who don’t bother to customer requirements after collecting fees. Once you pay them, you should forget the rest. Do not expect any actions from them. Total waste of money and time. Very bad experience and I wish no one would face the same. They are cheaters , they have cheated me on package and took money for 2 months listing . They given 2 months after taking money…not bothered to even understand . Their All People is a useless character & stupid of people they call 3rd Party . Absolutely cheaters . Please don't waste your money ..most of the leads are fake and don't reply or respond ..

Housing.com has fake properties
Housing.com has fake properties. Some of them don't even exist. We took the premium package and wasted all our money as every property we called said it is rented out. Also, property agents have posted as owners. We took the premium package as we did not want to pay brokerage to the agents. Plus they suddenly exhaust all the property inventory without intimation. They recommend an outside property and exhaust an inventory even by clicking on it to check the details. There is no place to see how have we exhausted all our inventory. Fraud company and fraud people.

The website completely misrepresents…
The website completely misrepresents the benefits of taking their packages. I was told by the sales team that I would get a certain number of leads per day based on the searches done by buyers for similar properties. After I took the package, I received '0' leads. I contacted customer service and they said they had boosted the listing and I would get contacted if anyone was interested in the property. I saw no such boosting nor any benefit from the boosting. Besides this, it was NOT what I was looking for or told at the time of taking the package !!!. Stay away from this company. They are frauds, misrepresenting their services.
