People who made this site did a very goog job (sorry for my english, I am german). Great! With maximal transparency!
Two small things could be improved: Sometimes, it's difficult to get the information about exact location (name of the town or "near .." and another thing could be improved: the e-mails from House trip (from the appart. owners shoud as e-mail also appear in the language of the appart. owner, the translations with the e-translator are sometimes "non sense poetry").

Good Service! Easy to handle, safe and very satisfying
This was our 3. time using housetrip (5 nights in London) and just like advertised we d i d start searching or accommodation at housetrip first. Again we found a convenient inexpensive flat with friendly hosts. Housetrip called us a few days before check in to ask about problems, but there weren't any.
Thanks to housetrip and highli recommended again.
