Love the quality and colour of my new blazer. Unfortunately the trousers didnt fit, so I send them back.
The only thing I didn't like was returning the package by GLS. In the region where I live there are only a few dropoff points (15-20 min drive), so I really had to make an effort to return. I prefer DHL for example because of the number of dropoff points.

I ordered an item. My credit card was charged. No email confirmation. No delivery date. I have made numerous attempts to contact them to no avail. Very poor experience.

We understand that it is frustrating that GLS does not come a 2nd time but brings the parcel to a pickup point. We have arranged this to make sure that all customers can go and pick up their packages at their convenience. This way we do not get the problem that if you are not at home they then send it right back to us. We hope you understand.

I did send one of the items back on 9/12
I did send one of the items back on 9/12 and just called the company as i still didn't receive my money back. I also don't like the way the return back process works. with other companies you have the return form in the box when you receive the items, and than you can return using that form. for this company i need to send out an email, have to receive a return ticket etc. just takes tooo long and isnt easy.

Recieved two different boots and…
Recieved two different boots and although all i wanted to was change them for the ones I ordered, I couldn't get them to answer the telephone or respond to my emails and the only instructions I could find was to return them. They eventually replied to my email about a week later apologising for the delay and saying just return and get a refund and I can reorder online but they are now full price so I am out if picket for their mistake!! I did reply instantly to their email but again no response.
