Cancellation order
I ordered a couple of items but after a week I didn’t receive any track or trace so I called. The women on the phone told me that there were some difficulty with some orders. Because I was going on vacation in five days they advised me to cancel the order. I agree with that and she said that she will sent an email with the cancellation. Unfortunately I didn’t receive an email and also not my money back after a week after my phone call. But I received two mails for a review of my experience.

I always get help from the support department
I am very pleased to have the opportunity to buy from this store. It takes some time to choose the brands you like and the sizes you need. Most importantly, you can always return clothes that don't fit. I always get answers and help from the support department when I have questions about returns.

A good company to deal with .

I had worries about the delivery and emailed them and honestly they were great . Polite and helpful the goods arrived quickly and no damage at all .
