Perfect
Perfect! I ordered the light fitting as I wanted something modern, bigger and fairly flush for our stairwell. It’s perfect! It came in great time, well wrapped (actually really nice, sturdy box!) Really good quality and looks amazing. Relatively easy to fit - we had to do some extra work as our 80s house has some dubious wiring! But once done, we couldn’t be happier!

Best customer service ever
I accidentally broke my houseof lampshade and they replaced it free of charge. absolutely blown away by that, fantastic customer service that you just don't see much of these days. Recommend!

exceptional customer service
Fabulous light. Loved it from the start. Sadly our dog knocked it over. The service we got when seeking replacement parts was exceptional. The tone of the help was so friendly and the parts were sent really quickly. Outstanding.

Replacement problem
This time..
A light without a control,several failed collections and deliveries, took up way too much of my working day to sort out.

Really slick designs but sooooo slow!
Really slick designs but the company is very disorganised!! items take so so long to be delivered! Initially we ordered a ceiling light It came very late and in the end two showed up! We later ordered another design and it eventually arrived weeks and weeks and weeks after the indicated time even though when I ordered it it said it was in stock. That was really disappointing.

Excellent customer service
I rarely write these reviews but I’ve got to give it to house of, the customer service is excellent. I had an issue with a faulty light which they solved quickly. I then moved house and part of it got broken and they have sorted it out again straight away. Really impressed with the service it’s rare these days!
