Damaged tables
Ordered the lovely looking torin table, arrived badly damaged, easily changed by messaging on fb however the second table also arrived damaged and unusable. Sent back for refund.

Really impressed with House Cosy
Really impressed with House Cosy. Although order wasn’t all in stock they kept us up to date & answered any questions. Always a risk buying online but pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bench & dining chairs. The courier company were great too & delivered to a neighbour when we had to go out at last minute. Good that you can pay by Klarna so we got to see the goods before we paid. Thank you House Cosy. Really goes well with dining table & size was perfect….difficult to find chairs & bench that would fit. Would definitely buy again from them!

A few hiccups but generally nice
Delivery company made a mistake and so didn’t deliver on first date however we’re very apologetic and arranged second delivery. Delivery into the room we needed.
Shelves look great but instructions were absolutely terrible and made it very hard to put together , we had to take it apart half way through due to the lack of clarity.
Shelves are metal and flex a bit if you aren’t careful how you load them especially with books but otherwise a lovely looking fairly sturdy shelf unit.

This is more of a dark teal than navy
This is more of a dark teal than navy. It took a while to come but when it did it was packaged well. Easy to put the legs on. Really nice quality for the price.

I was sent the wrong colourway
I was sent the wrong colourway, with a white background instead of the one I ordered. I emailed them on 5th January 2022, but as yet, no response and their phones are not currently open. The rug is useful to stop the dog skidding around, but white is not practical. The lack of customer service is shoddy and won't be buying from them in future.

Great looking table
Great looking table, arrived fully assembled so just needed to unbox it and put in place, very happy with look. Only downside for me is it’s not so deep so our games consoles need to be stored sideways for the doors to close. Also including felt covers for the feet would be good as it scratches our floor easily
