What an amazing company to deal with!

I received the Isabella sideboard and one leg was shorter than the other. The team at HouseCosy sent me a replacement leg the next day but this was also too short which meant the issue was a design flaw.

I was sent a replacement sideboard almost immediately and it is perfect.

The flat was clean and everything was in perfect condition. The owner was very careful and helpful in any situation.
We were spoiled literally with beer and vine in the fridge, bread, tea, coffee, wash machine detergent and everything that you could think of was left in the flat.

My order was delivered on time and very well packaged. Unfortunately the item wasn’t quite what I’d expected but the returns process was simple to follow, so the repackaged furniture was subsequently picked up quickly and my payment was refunded with a fair and reasonable deduction to cover return costs. Based on this experience I would happily buy from housecosy again.

Initially slightly skeptical as i'd not heard of them before, but had a really good experience with Housecosy. Purchased a beautiful TV unit. Great communication and it was delivered within 2 weeks. The delivery team were also good and the item was very well packaged, and damage free. Well worth the money.

Ordering was very easy and the table arrived early, for which I was very glad. Moreover, the delivery men were extremely careful and courteous. Thus, all in all,it was a very positive experience.
