Friendly , Professional , Approachable, Efficient and Informative - oozing Integrity too!

Joel was very easy to talk to and a very good listener. As promised he came back to me with an offer and advice.
Although I did not take up the offer. If I needed to contact Joel again I definitely would.

Natasha was great, however I have decided not to go ahead with them, my research shows that the initial offer could be significantly reduced down the line. Not a risk I’m willing to take.

Spoke with Natasha H who was really lovely dealing with, brilliant and super helpful. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go ahead with the offer, but Natasha was really helpful, worked really hard to get back to me within the time frames I needed and was just a pleasure dealing with. Totally refreshing in this climate and she was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure speaking with her.

Was told and all agreed that the house our family were selling they would purchase for an agreed amount to then be phoned up 2 weeks later to say they can’t pay the amount as they wouldn’t make enough profit on selling on, knew this was too good to be true and now have to contact estate agents to get it back up on the market because they told us to take it down. Very unprofessional wonder how many families this company do this too and offer them less 10k less than what was all agreed, absolutely disgusting

The service given by Joel was great. Even though I could not financially accept the number given for my house, he was helpful and gracious throughout the process.

Natasha is very generous with her time, knowledgable, friendly & also very honest. During this very unpredictable climate she is also very fair. I haven't decided yet to take up Natasha's offer so far as I am still on with an agent & we decided to see what happens with the markets. So far all I can say is, very easy to talk to & considers all options & needs. Highly Recommend.

Natasha has kept in contact with me from the vets first time I contacted her..she has not been pushy or making me feel I had to sell to home buyers she has just been there asking how the process is going and then contacting me every few months. She has been very understanding and professional. I can not fault her in any way.
