Terrible company and ethics
Terrible company and ethics! I signed up for hotsschedules.com and it took almost 3 weeks for me to get in touch with someone to give me access to the software. After weeks of attempting to get in touch wit the company they told me my initial rep had left the company. The new rep they assigned me was on vacation for 2 weeks so I didn't actually have a meeting to get my access set up for over a month. After the difficulty I had with them getting up and running we decided to work with another scheduling company, Sling. They were much easier to work with and get setup. I didn't need an individual to help give me access. I canceled my hotschedules account but they have continued to charge me for the past 3 months. They are nearly impossible to get in touch with and have told me they will continue to charge me each month for a year even though I never received access to login. Completely unethical and illegal. I do not recommend working with them.
