I created the renders for the website…

I created the renders for the website but was never compensated for my work. I initially connected with them through a design outsourcing platform after winning their contest. Following the contest, they requested additional renders, which I completed in good faith. However, every discussion about payment was met with vague promises, such as "we'll pay on Monday," which were never fulfilled.

To protect my work, I removed all files from Figma to ensure they could not use the images without payment. I have documented proof of all communications, which I am happy to provide if Trustpilot requires verification.

This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I hope sharing it will help others avoid similar situations.
