Quick delivery but some training needed
Quick delivery, on time. It’s probably a good idea to train your fitters not to assemble doors face down on the top of old fridges or on top expensive induction hobs or handmade worktop without protecting the fascia of the door. A portable workbench would help and some work blankets. Apart from that, all good.

Indesit fridge freezer
The ordering of the fridge freezer was easy, and delivery was fast. The delivery driver was polite and waited patiently while we removed some food from the old fridge freezer, took it away, and installed the new one. They made sure it was running properly and cleaned up the rubbish from the new one. Thank you.

Bought a washing machine in August…
Bought a washing machine in August 2025. Had it repaired 5 times now… still won’t replace the machine. Not only do I have to visit the laundrette every time it breaks when waiting for an engineer I also have to take a day off work to wait for the engineer. It’s having a massive financial impact on me now to which I will never be compensated for. Been on the phone today to Hotpoint x 3 times, curry’s twice and even citizens advice. I’m still no further forward so now have to choose between feeding my children or having them walk around in dirty clothes for another 8 days until an engineer comes and fixes it again. Disgraceful company who clearly don’t care about the welfare of their customers when they been sold a faulty machine
