Booked an appointment and an engineer…

Booked an appointment and an engineer was meant to come
They said they knocked and no one was home but we were home and we heard no one knock
When it tried to book another appointment online it kept saying error so I tried calling them and they’ll transfer me to another number but it kept saying they couldn’t talk to me and to call later and we tried this multiple times
So I had to talk to the live chat and they took really long to find an agent and I eventually was able to book an appointment but it is 12 days later which is too long
This whole process took 2 hours just going back and forth just because the engineer didn’t either come or knock loud enough

The delivery was on time yes

The delivery was on time , it was installed and fitted within half an hour , the the man who fitted the oven was polite and efficient and took everything away. Excellent.

Speedy response to initial phone call…

Speedy response to initial phone call and the technician coming out and then the issue being fixed. Technician was respectful and polite and a keen conversationist which was a pleasant experience. He left me very satisfied and in good spirit
