We have just had a wonderful hamam and massage. My mum is visually impaired, this was her first such experience and she was looked after like a queen.
The staff were so welcoming and the i would definitely recommend this experience to anyone.
Maria, the receptionist, was particularly welcoming and friendly.
This is definitely a five star luxury experience

It was a very good experience with Rokay and Mina . They are both friendly and kind with my 3 years old daughter and let us have relax and fantastic time . The Hammam was very clean and nice place . I met Maria as a reception the Spa and she helped us to choose the best option and have good discount for Royal Hammam. They were amazing and I highly recommend it .

Me and family were very pleased with our week stay in Hotel Argana in Agadir. It was beyond amazing from the food to the spa - it was fabulous. The staff are very friendly and make sure all your needs are met. They are joyful, friendly and are happy to help with anything you need.
I had a hamam and massage in the spa facility and it was beautiful- the spa itself was very luxurious and had a relaxing vibe and the staff made sure we were comfortable from start to finish. Also very clean and hygenic.
They had great entertainment on everyday and made it very welcoming and fun- recommend for families and anyone really.
Lots of variety for food options too. Amazing experience overall.

Requires improvement
This hotel could be so much better and at present is not a 4 star accommodation. We recently stayed for a week from 28th February 2026 in a Deluxe room.
The furniture was shabby, the fridge was rusty, the toilet didn't flush or fill with water, the bathroom flooded and we left the hotel at the end of our stay tired and stressed. The reception staff were unhelpful and spoke to us in a flippant tone. There was no welcome or smiling face , apart from the gentleman who carried our cases.
The food was tepid and the crockery chipped, so it felt unhygienic. One of us was vomiting on one day, which lasted for 24 hours.
Due to the inside bar being derelict, the only area was outside, however this was very cold in the evenings. This was not mentioned prior to our holiday. Overall, with more organisation generally, empathic reception staff, new crockery, more cooking stations and updated furniture in the rooms, the hotel would feel so much better.
The animation team were lovely, as well as the porter and cleaning staff.
