This plugin developer can compare to the best companies out there and even outshine them (especially TotalEQ MK2, Analog Stage MK2, VU Meter MK4, HarmoniQ, BalancEQ, Tape MK2, 80Reverb, Multicomp MK2, HA2A …). Everything sounds excellent and most plugins have Oversampling!

At first I was a bit worried about the visual appearence but after I tried the first plugins I was sold. Now I already have purchased 26 plugins,m and most of them are awesome.

Excellent plugins, they do exactly what it says they do. Quality!

Overall they have innovative plug-ins. Trying to do different things at the price point they offer. You get a lot. Don’t expect Fab Filter levels of audio quality but they are great per track when you need quick adjustments. And one thing they have which is great is auto gain some pricey plug ins don’t even have this but Hornet does. And tip of my hat to them.

Great array of incredibly useful plugins for all phases of music production. Outstanding value for money, and they seem like a really great company overall. Love everything they do.

Really nice and creative plugins, the website is easy to use and there are often some freebies to grab. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the plugins.

I am frustrated and disgusted - they charged me TWICE for a plug in that did not even install. I wrote several emails requesting they remedy this but they never responded. I will have to report this to my credit card company.

Great analog plugin sound. I got some latency with mbc, but I am very happy with the other 37 plugins. My favourite is HoRNet Tape MK2. It sounds amazing.

I pulled the trigger for a bunch of plugins.
I immediately discoverd a problem with TotalMQ MK2 which rendered it unusable in my DAW. I could watch the display but cannot control bands. Then on top I discovered a 2nd bug in the frequency buckets display, that even slipped various youtube vloggers for months now ... hilarious. Then 3rd I discovered that VU Meter MK4 is buggy. I reported all problems on the public forum on kvraudio AND on top filed bug tickets on hornet website.
But then I decided - To many problems I want to have a refund, which I'm absolutely eligable too after only a few days since the purchase.

But the company - basically a one man show - is quite slow in replying to my filed incidents/bug reports and even the refund request.
All this is now like "work" for me. Why? It's as easy as grant the refund.

It boild down to: I think the policy of the company is to sit refund request out and hope people will write the money off beacuse "it's anyways so cheap". No way! That is not serious business!

But I won't. Please think twice. I don't say the plugins are all bad. My experience in dealing with refund is horrible. I personnaly would not buy a single thing in the futur again.
