Very good and useful plugins. The sound quality is professional and the price is very attractive for this level of tools!

Purchased a few plugins from Hornet and all but one of them worked fine with no issues. When I contacted support to help me troubleshoot the one plugin that wasn't working, there would be weeks between responses. After three weeks of no response on a ticket for tech support, I opened another ticket asking for a refund on the product that wasn't working properly if they weren't able to help fix the issue. Almost instantly I got a reply detailing why I wasn't entitled to a refund, so I said "okay thats fine" and again asked for help solving the issue. It's now been over a month of silence. They're quick to tell you that they've already got your money and you can buzz off, and slow as a glacier to actually help you solve a problem. Make sure to try the plugins on your system, if you need help getting something to work, you will not get any.

Hornet plugins are excellent, worth more than it's price. The developer responded to feedbacks.

Hornet has some pretty good plugins at low prices. So far, however, only one plugin has made it into my workflow; I try out all the others sporadically and use them just as sporadically (I can't quite get warm to them...). Unfortunately, support doesn't respond at all, and each plugin has to be installed separately via the HoRNetDoIn tool, which is very cumbersome!

I always have a great experience with hornet plugins great tools at great prices.

These plugins have been great. I was surprised how reliable and effective they were because of their affordability. They are every bit as effective as plugins 10 times the cost.

I like the stuff a lot but I'm not getting the results I wanted as quickly as I'd like - that and the slightly rustic graphics cost them a star. But I may have to revisit later, as I remain hopeful and enthusiastic. (Podcast/Zoom audio has different problems than well-recorded music.)

Great user friendly plugins that do the job - just lost a star for teething problems with the normalizer not yet being stable on Luna (keeps disappearing off the list of plugin choices for further tracks after I've added it to one track).

I purchased the HoRNet Smart Dynamics Bundle (Payment ID: 422236) on October 29, 2025.
I tested the plugins (ZeroComp and Sleek) for only a few minutes and found that they sound cheap and unpleasant.
I immediately removed them and requested a refund within a few hours — completely within their 15-day money-back guarantee (“no questions asked”).
I contacted support through three channels (email and support ticket), but never received any reply at all.
It’s disappointing because it’s not about the small amount of money — it’s about honesty and customer respect.
I just want them to keep their promise and refund as advertised.

I use the Hornet plugins regularly. Their performance to price ratio is the best.

The sound is good, te value for money is excellent but the GUI is awful! I now that, at the end, is the sound that matters but is hard, at least for me, to detach the visual pleasure from the process of using your plugins. You could, at least, try to make it more "BitWig like"... The collor scheme, the buttons, the fonts... it's such a bad taste! I believe it makes the plugin to look and feels less professional and trustful.
At the other hand, your price policy is incredibly fair, and I thank you for it.
