Uncontactable and impossible to refund

I ordered 3 items from this site, tried to refund 2 of them but realised they have one of those fake return addresses and there were no instructions on how to return online. Parcel also took a very long time to arrive and was clearly shipped from China.

Hoodie I got was nice, but their trousers seemed low quality. If you're not certain you're gonna like it, be prepared to have to sell it off on Depop or something.

I don't recommend buying from this site, they are completely unreachable despite having plenty of socials. Pretty sure they're also known to sell stuff that you can find elsewhere online for cheaper.
