I honestly wasn't expecting to love a sleep mask this much, but here we are 😂 I'm a total night owl, so sleeping once the sun is up has always been a struggle. This mask gives actual blackout, and it's made such a difference.🌚
My favourite thing is the padding. I sleep on my side and it's so comfy that it almost feels like I don't need a pillow. It's soft, super lightweight, and the adjustable strap means you can make it fit exactly how you like it.
The chamomile tea that comes with it was such a lovely touch! I still need to try the rest of the accessories :)
It's one of those products you don't realise you needed until you try it. Honestly, 15/10 from me. ❤️

I'm someone who's tried everything. Seriously. I've been through probably 15+ different sleep masks over the years because I'm ridiculously sensitive to sound and even the tiniest bit of light will keep me awake for hours.

Most masks either let light leak in around the nose, slip off during the night, or feel like wearing a medieval torture device. The expensive "luxury" ones are usually just overpriced nonsense that look pretty but don't actually block anything.

The SHLOOF mask isn't going to win any beauty contests. It's not Instagram-worthy. It's chunky, practical, and honestly looks a bit weird. But here's the thing - *it works*.

The light blocking is genuinely complete. I mean complete. I can have my bedroom lights on and it's pitch black inside this thing. The nose area actually seals properly (finally!), and it stays put all night even though I'm a restless sleeper.

The earbuds aren't fancy, but they do exactly what they're supposed to - they reduce enough ambient noise that my neighbor's 6am lawn mowing doesn't wake me up anymore. Combined with the mask, it's like being in a sensory deprivation tank.

Is it the most comfortable thing ever? No. Does it make you look ridiculous? Absolutely. But after years of terrible sleep, I honestly don't care what I look like if it means I can actually get 8 hours of uninterrupted rest.

If you're genuinely struggling with light and noise sensitivity, stop buying the pretty masks that don't work and get this. It's not glamorous, but it's effective. Sometimes that's all that matters.

I have several different sleep mask this one is defo my go to. I sleep with Apple AirPods in so having the ear pads is super nice as it helps take the pressure off my ears (I imagine this will be even better with ear plugs).

Pads all round are soft and comfortable and they block light fully better than any I’ve tried - often the ones that block well are uncomfortable to achieve this - these are really comfy.

Beathes pretty well - some masks can be very sweaty but these aren’t.

Amazing to put on before sleep, or when you just need to recharge for a bit. Soft material that feels really good on your skin! I also love that it also covers your ears and not only your eyes, and that it comes with earplugs.

As someone who is a light sleeper and frequently wakes, this mask sent me into a deep, uninterrupted sleep. It is comfortable and light, as someone who sleeps both on my back and side, and it doesn't come off in the night. I have tried other sleep masks but found they were uncomfortable or let light through, but this mask blocks out sound and light so well!

Deepest sleep I've had for a while. I was pleased with the delivery which was prompt, and the mask was nicely packaged. The mask is comfortable, and blocking everything out meant that I slept really well. There are various sizes of ear plug that come with it but the smallest fitted me perfectly.

I travel frequently by train so look forward to testing it out on the go!

If you are serious about better sleep and self-care, Shloof is 100% worth the investment. I'm usually a light sleeper so I have always been struggling with sleep interruptions, but since I started using Shloof a month ago, I noticed a deeper and more restful sleep.
