I ordered a coat and never received it. Multiple email to no avail. Scam alert!!! Horrible communication.

I ordered a coat on 2/18/2020, order #1987920021853. I received the coat and it was not what I expected. I returned the coat by mail on 3/27/20. I still have not received the refund for the coat. When will I get my refund? I can no longer get to your website for contact information. Diane Jacob

Total scam.
Firstly, they sent me wrong product and less items.
I couldn't get in touch through their "Contact us" form due to Captcha bogus issues. Although I tried all possible case-sensitive combinations of Captcha code, it claimed that captcha was entered incorrectly.
When I found their email and emailed them, they offered to keep it as a gift because return fee would be too high.

Half your order will be out of stock indefinitely. You won't get a refund. Total sham. Order elsewhere or you'll be writing a review like this, and scammed out of your money.

DEFINITELY A SCAM! I ordered several items from hoplady in early February of this year and only received a few. Extremely poor quality. I have yet to hear from them. Those items did come from China directly and not through a distributor here in the states. I figured because of COVID 19 it would be awhile before the order was fulfilled.

When I got onto their website to check for a status of the order, the number could not be found. also noticed the website address comes up as shoespar.com. Then I went back to my credit statements and saw the transaction was under shoespar.com. Shoespar.com's website has expired on June 13th. That domain name is now up for grabs.
I now will not buy online from any retailer I have not researched. Since COVID 19 I trust more and more companies will go out of business and never provide customers a credit on orders not fulfilled.

Whether this company goes by the name hoplady or cominbuy, the results are the same. I placed an order early January 2020 and have still to receive it or a refund, despite several attempts at contacting them and getting the runaround. This company and whatever name/s it chooses to adopt doesn’t deserve one star.

DO NOT CONTACT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER LISTED IN ALLEN AND NANCY'S REVIEW. IT IS A SCAM!! I contacted the 1607-214-3005 and spoke to a Jimmy Varker. He said they could refund my money for a shipment of items I never received from HopLady. But instead they hijacked my computer, had my emails forwarded to someone and stole money from my PayPal account. I have reported this theft to the banks, credit card companies and authorities.

Hoplady is a scam I have had a order which I was told was cancelled by accident if anyone knows how to report them for fraud please let me know because they should not be allowed to operate any longer and take peoples money. I don't reccomend them to anyone. I was asked to place a new order for my 80 dollars and I did with no more replies they truly are the worst internet company in business. I have waited five months with one reply to say my order was accidentally cancelled after tons of emails to them. I have spoke to someone to have them investigated so hopefully they will be put out of business soon.

I was very upset with this company. I accidentally made a double order, they only returned 75% of money of my cancelled order. Then I got thing of my order, terrible, nothing like pictures, cheap materials.

Oh my Goodness.... It is really a scam!!!. So many emails sent on my order and nothing received.

Never ever!!!! I ordered in March, never got the package and have no chanceto getmy Money back with PayPal, because they said, that the package is delivered. Is it not. Paypal gave me a Name of a Person, who accepted the package,but this Person doesn't exist.
So Paypal doesn't gave me the Money back.

Hoplady clothing online is a 100%scam!I ordered coat November, received January, returned next day, was a sheet made to look like coat in picture, seriously! They received 7 days later, it took 67 days to get .now may 23, still no refund. I have at least 28 emails promising refund. SCAM ALERT!

Rated one star because couldn't rate zero. Ordered four items. Received two items. Sent a request to find missing two items, no response. Tried to return original two items, cost $10 to mail. Package came back to me stamped "Return to Sender" no reason. Finally checked on-line and found out a lot of people having the same problem. Reported them to my credit card company in order to have them flagged as "fraud". The name of the company listed on my credit card statement was Sunjoy Limited not Hoplady

Forever crooks and fraudulent. Take your bank information and use it illegally.

I have had the horrible experience everyone else has had. I am not sure where to turn to receive my refund. I have all the emails from months of them saying my refund is with their finance department. How does this get reported to business bureau. Something needs to done about this company. I am discussing with an attorney. Its not alot of money and that does not matter. They are robbing people. I only gave a star because you have to give one. This is by far the worse online shopping experience I have ever had. I want to do more than write a bad review. I want to put them out of business. Any suggestions are welcome.

The only reason I gave Hoplady a star is because there's no option to give them zero. I placed an order in October 2019 and still haven't received my order. It's no longer sweater weather. They claim the order was shipped, I filed a grievance but no resolution. I advise that no on order from these Chinese scammers.
