Hope is wonderful! They are always courteous, willing to work with you & never dissappoint! Last visit they sent a thank you card with 25 gift card towards next service. I am sure we will be using it very soon see's as they have been here twice within two months. :)

Excellent work, very prompt service (next day), friendly knowledgeable service technician (plumber).

They sent an email showing a photo of the tech that would be coming to my house, but they sent a different person. The guy that came out did not perform all the services that were to be included as outlined in Angie's List. They were more interested in quoting me a price to replace my plumbing. I had a slow running drain in the bathroom. After their tech was done I was presented with the bill, which I paid. The next morning when I ran water in the sink, it was backing up worse than before the Hope Plumbing tech came. When I called Hope Plumbing, and also sent emails, no response was received. I would NEVER use them again.

Arrived on time. Polite and courteous. Quickly diagnosed concerns, advised on issues and completed agreed upon work in timely manner. Comfortable, trustworthy person to have in home. Will call for him again as needed.

From the person who answers the phone to those who come out and do the work, everyone is super nice. I had them come out to add a water and gas line for new appliances. They were clean, courteous and did a great job.
The reason I gave them 3 stars was based mostly on pricing. I spent $1,700 to have them run those 2 lines, then when I called them a couple of days later to come help with an emergency under my sink (not a result of anything they did), I called them at 4pm and they said I'd be charge after hours pricing. This would be $169 for just coming out...then additional from there. When I paid them $1,700 just days prior and called at 4pm. I declined and hired a self employed plumber.

The technician was very respectful and communicated well with the other contractor that was here who was working on another appliance in the same general area of the house that the technician was working in.

I would recommend this company and their plumber, Thomas to anyone!!
He was delayed, due to traffic, and let me know, he was knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up.
He and they, are the best!!

Good, fast, job

we were a tough case. our house settled and the main water pipe coming from the street was l bent and leaking. i hears water running and could not figure out where it was. i finally called Hope plumbing. they are very organized and responsive. their personnel are more polite and seem sharper than most service companies. they fixed the leaking pipe. they would be 5 stars if they could have fixed the tankless water heater on the first try, they got it right the second try ( at no additional charge).
great company. use them!

The first visit we had a miscommunication of the finished t=product. The second visit resulted in a finished product. I thought the price was excessive for a 1 1/2 hour plumbing experience.

Honest, thorough, fair, and kind. Josh was an excellent plumber.

I'm so sorry this took so long for me to do! First off, I was really impressed with Jon's professionalism. I called for an after hours appointment, because of an emergency. He was prompt, and also didn't try to get me to do anything I didn't need to, just to make a money off the call. I was trying to deal with my home warranty company, and Hope took better care of me than they did. The team came back and did a complete overhaul on my basement plumbing. They stayed longer than they needed to, and came back to make sure everything was done correctly. Thank you guys so much!

Jim was excellent with helping to replace plumbing in our old house and install a new toilet. He was very knowledgeable and we felt comfortable the entire time.

Mr.Al was very good and did his job well, I am pleased.
Although Hope Plumbing is very pricey.

Quick to respond and come out. However, the technician didn’t understand problem. Had consults on phone a couple times to diagnosis problem. Once quote was received it was way higher than expected. We chose to get a second opinion. This quote diagnosed the problem as something completely different. We chose the other company which also saved us almost $900 and actually fixed the problem.
