Good Service

Hopala helped me find my way through the issues of registering and insuring my car in Belgium for the first time. Michael was very patient with my many questions and request for quotes. In the end Hopala found me the best deal.

Customer Experience Professionals

I'm about 4 months away from my first renewal and I spontaneously received an offer from another insurance company almost 25% lower than my current spend. Two emails with lovely Nina later my notification letter has been signed and submitted. Absolutely frictionless, that's how I experience Hopala's service. Well done, guys!

I received really helpful and friendly…

I received really helpful and friendly service from Hopala. They answered all the questions I had, explained the process, and they did their best to offer an alternative solution when a previous one they suggested fell through for reasons they couldn't influence. Plus the fact they sorted out the front licence plate for free (which was delivered at the same time as the back official one) was a very pleasant surprise!

Can't find the correct cars

So, this is a great service.. If it worked out.

Half of the cars that i look up don't show up (2002 Corolla 1.8 VVTL-i 192HP, 2005 Audi A4 2.0 TFSI Quattro, ...)

For the rest, it's good that there's a service like this that determines a price.

Really great customer suport

Really great customer support. The effort they gave to help me get my new car insurance was outstanding. Thanks Stijn and Joran. As a "boomer" I really feel like this is a revolutionary concept.
