Nice price, Nice products!!! ...first class (some new, some not, ok for me) order arrived 14 days late because of Post Nord vacation issues, they said (no phone support first 12 days)....ok, I accept that! Second order 2 out of 14 items missing (quick delivery), no chance to come in touch, e-mails and calls to all numbers, no responds. ORDER:141602

After yet another frustrating experience in Sweden in "the store with the people in stripes", and with no other choices in Sweden, we went online and found hoopz.se. Imagine our joy at the huge selection, the kicks we needed, right sizes, decent prices, and free delivery. We expected top service coming from DK and we were not let down. Easy order. The sneaks arrived super quickly, in perfect condition. Loved the little return slip in case we needed it (which we did not). We are coming back for more soon and Santa knows what up for years to come! Highly recommend Hoopz! Sincerely Happy Mom

I paid for 2 pairs of shoes at the same time last April 10 2018 online but after 2 days i just received 1 pair ! I patiently waits for a day because it's says the delivery time will takes 1-3 days . But still, I didnt get my package! I tried to call their number many many times and even sent email and participated in live chat but no one answered NOR RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL ! now, the phone says '' the phone is close this time'' everytime I call! it's really very disappointed ! After i get my item that I paid 4 days ago I'll never buy here again!

I have bought a lot of Jordans from Hoopz and i gotta say.. it was on time with out any problems. Though, it could be nice if Hoopz have a more direct Email Marketing for the customers who are always using their website. Its a great quality if the Hoopz keep the usual customers updated on the new product they get it. I think it would a great idea to have a membership on the website just so the usual customer feels more especial for the company. Beside that i love the store and the product, always been on time and I sure will always buy more products from them.
