Awesome website and awesome phone.
I bought a Xiaomi Mi5 from them and it came preinstalled with my language installed and MIUI 7, immediately upgraded to MIUI 8 through OTA. The phone works amazingly and looks beautiful. Since the charger had the Chinese/American plug they also sent me a European adapter. I will definitely buy more devices and accessories from them.

IT ARRIVED, BUT I DIDN'T KNOW!
I was happy to find the phone I wanted on Honorbuy.
When I orderd it, it came in two days - which is very good.
The only remarks are:
1. I didn't receive any info about the fact thet my goods had been shipped;
2. It wasn't clearly stated that the charger was not Italian (or that the purchase didn't include an adaptor as it happens in other online sites)
3. my dog chewed the cable and the charger two days later...I perfectly know it's not Honorbuy fault!!! But I NEED a new charger and cable NOW and they are out of stock.
PS: the phone is great!

Riguardo al primo punto, purtroppo stiamo avendo alcuni problemi al server e per questo negli ultimi giorni non viene spedito il tracking code non appena esce il telefono dai nostri magazzini. Stiamo comunque risolvendo la questione.
Riguardo al secondo punto, inviamo sempre un adattatore alle prese europee in omaggio con i nostri smartphone. Nel suo caso non è arrivato? La preghiamo di farcelo sapere.
Riguardo al terzo punto, purtroppo non possiamo tarare la presenza o meno di prodotti in magazzino sulla base delle bizze degli animali domestici dei nostri utenti :-) Ma ora come sta ricaricando il telefono? Cerchiamo di trovare una soluzione.
Ci fa piacere che il telefono sia di suo gradimento!
