Critical review censorship

I pre-ordered a ukulele from their online store. It took a little over two months to arrive. I wasn't impressed with some part of the instrument's build and left a 3 star review on their site with a detailed description of what was wrong with the instrument.
They obviously can't accept criticism as they deleted said review. How many such reviews have they taken down prior? Might I have chosen to purchase elsewhere had I seen such reviews?
Next time, I'll buy a Kala ukulele...
