I ordered a 165 cm (5'5"), D-cup silicone doll and it arrived in about 40 days. The quality is very realistic and looks great in photos. The only issue was the heating option - I paid for it, but support later said it can be unstable. They offered a refund or an electric blanket instead. I recommend confirming feature compatibility with support before ordering to avoid delays.

I was getting updates almost every day on shipping and had a few questions that were answered the same or the next ,product was above my expectations had one issue and was sent a video on how to repair.

Awful company. Sent me a WM doll with torn skin, broken hip, and all holes melted shut from laying in factory too long (their words). Sent videos on how to repair myself. Refuses to replace until finally they offered me replacements with cheaper dolls that cost half the price.

I ended up having to open a case with Klarna. Stay away from this company. They do not back up their review on their website. Worst customer support.

I have orderd a doll and wanted to have some changes after ordering it. The contact with the support team was very good. Very fast response and supportive. I would buy again. 👍

I ordered an WM #198, Estella doll. The doll came with no vaginal, anal, or oral openings. The extra head that I was supposed to receive was not included. I received the wrong wig. I also did not receive extra attachments that I purchased. Finally, the doll had several rips in the hands and feet that I noticed right away.

Needless to say, a very bad first impression. The response was so lackadaisical. I was sent videos on how to repair the doll. Does nothing to address the no openings or missing parts. I paid over $1800 for this all said and done.

I personally would shop elsewhere. It's not a good testament to WM doll quality as well.

Amazing customer service. Very patient with m, amazing customizatio, even gave me some bonus items as a gift. I will now be a loyal customer and will always go to them when picking out a afffordable high quality product. They are very patient with me and was able to answer and solve all my questions and issues! Wish I could do more, but here’s a good start. I will update with the final product

This was my first time ordering from this company and will be my last. Will never deal with this company ever again. They got my order wrong and did not admit it after sending all of the evidence to prove it. Very disappointed to say the least. The color of the doll wasn’t what I ordered and their factory photos weren’t the same as the color I ordered. Never trust the factory photos. Stay away from this company.

I had a lot of issues with the doll. Wrong eye color. Different than photos. Color on privates come off after one use there was no friction on the doll. Images make it seem air brushed on permanently but its just make up that comes off. All their photos are fake and photo shopped. Dolls hair falls out first day i got her and gets everywhere. Her fingers and arms are deteriorating. Only use light 3 times. Heat rod doesn't work. Mouth ripped on sides after one use. The glue doesn't work to fix it. Cheap doll from china sold for the high price. Not good quality. Too heavy to even move.

Their dolls are significantly cheaper than the pictures on their website. The one I got looks similar, but it's as if it's a knock-off of a higher quality doll. It was much skinnier than in the pictures, especially the ass. I only gave 2 stars because i like the doll, but it's definitely not worth what I paid for it. Save yourself money and just get one off of eBay. EDIT: I sent pictures and my order info as requested in the reply to this review. over three weeks later, no response from HLD. Don't be fooled, their customer service is non existent.

This is a type of scam company, they don’t have any of the dolls advertised in the pictures. They use popular pictures of dolls from American websites to get you to buy. Once you buy, they send you a skinny, cheap doll with a different face. Also, they are located in China so delivery takes 1-2 months.

(UPDATE) I did receive my doll sometime ago I was also given some money back for the mishap. It was exactly as described and is high quality it did take a extra 7 days to get to me and they showed me proof that FedEx did damage my first order I did have a problem with the wig falling apart so they sent me a replacement I didn't have time to check it yet so I'm changing my review to 5 stars because I'm happy with the overall outcome PS this is a real review

I paid for a doll 6 days ago it stayed in label created for almost the full 6 days I kept talking to the seller to understand the problem and I contacted them the 2nd day but FedEx is telling me they never got the package which the seller said they have turned it over to them so on to day 5 late in the day I get a update on my tracking which now I felt like we was making progress but today when I woke up it saids address corrected and was out for delivery but not to me but back to honeylovedoll ... tracking updated now and saids delivered back to them I never had trouble like this I'm going for a full refund as the doll i ordered will never come but instead will take it up with PayPal only good thing I experienced was the support but no one had a clue what was going on TAKE MY ADVICE IF YOU READ THIS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I dealt with this headache so you don't have too
