I am really eager to find out if your product will in fact stop me from snoring and getting a full nights sleep. I am really tired in the mornings no matter how many hours I get. I can sleep easily 14-17 hours and wake up tired. I do have sleep apnea but still doesn’t seem to work. Saying that, if I go to bed and can’t get right to sleep, tossing and turning, I just take off my C-PAP. Really hoping your product works for me!!!!🙏🤞

I ordered the snoring mouthpiece under a “Buy 1 Get 1” offer, but only one item was delivered. This is clearly a mistake from your side.

Now asking me to pay shipping charges to receive the second item is not acceptable. As per the offer, I am entitled to receive both items without any additional cost.

Please arrange to send the second piece immediately without any extra charges. Otherwise, I will be forced to raise this issue with consumer protection authorities.

Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

complete scam. cheap silicone sold for >40$, shipped in a cheap plastic bag from asia. refund policy is a joke, you have to send it back on your own expense. don't buy!

I received the pkg and I think it’s no different than the ones my kids had for sports!! No instructions, no cleaning tips, just 2 blue mouth guards. It doesn’t say “top” or “bottom”. The two are not the same!! Poor choice for me!!!

The Marketing "hype" is very convincing and I only hope the reality of the product's efficacy lives up to the promise. The process of taking money is very efficient but cannot comment on anything else until the product has been received and used.

Well, it was a long shot. But with my wife always complaining and moving to her own room, i had to take c chance.
It works, no doubt! But it takes some time to get used to it. It's not the most comfortable, but I for sure know that it's better then all the alternatives! I do recommend, but persevere the first nights.

This company is a SCAM do not buy any of their products included their apparently magnificent mouth piece it doesn't work … just a piece of plastic does nothing.
Oh and their 60 day satisfaction thing is a scam also they ask you to return it to Japan and you have to pay for shipping!!! Luckly i purchased with my credit card and got a refund phew!!! AVOID

The product is extremely uncomfortable and cheaply made … definitely not a one size fits all. Dishonest company making false claims!

I purchased the Honex Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece because of the advertised satisfaction guarantee.
After using it consistently for two weeks and tracking my snoring with the SnoreLab app, I experienced no improvement.
When I requested a refund, I was first offered a partial refund of $10.78 to keep the product. A full refund was available only if I returned the product to Japan.
This is an important detail because the return shipping cost can be close to the value of the refund, making the “full refund” option economically impractical.
