Helen at Honest Mobile led me through a tricky process efficiently and with great patience.

Milo was absolutely brilliant in helping me upgrade my existing Honest Smart SIM from 1.0 to 2.0 ahead of an overseas holiday.

He manually enabled the upgrade for me, explained the installation process clearly and took the time to investigate network coverage in several Caribbean destinations that weren't specifically listed on Honest's website.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely helpful throughout. Thanks to Milo, I now have the upgraded SIM installed and working, with reassurance that I'll have coverage throughout my trip.

Just finished on the Honest mobile chat with Milo. I had some difficulty setting up my eSIM with my new phone. Milo was very patient and talked me clearly through the process. I even accessed settings on the phone I never knew existed! Five star experience from me.

Really good product, easy to use and allows me to still to check travel and online shopping whilst out in town. I changed network provider and they never seem to have any mobile data so this is a god send.

I used the whatsapp link for a while and could not resolve the issue, then dealt with Kirsty and she talked me through my E-sim problem loading to a new phone m, very accurate and helpfull😀

The set up for this is a lot of faff and you'll eventually need to go to the customer service to get them to sort it. We got it working eventually but it wasn't the smooth process I was hoping for. I asked for a refund which they processed immediately so fair play. Might've just been me.

We couldn't get the app to work and after much conversation we finally did it, great customer service! My phone works even better now, can even get it to work in the car. thank you !

Great customer service, Charlotte was so fantastic and straightforward no problems, easy to follow instructions and got me back on line very quickly with no messing about.

Have used the service for a while and found it superb. I had trouble with the upgrade to the latest version. It was me and not the not the app. Went through on the online chat and had excellent service from Charlotte who went through step by step and sorted me.

I found it a bit difficult to download and get started but a quick call to the customer services and he reassured me I had done it all fine. You just have to remember it’s not all your apps that will work while on the sim. I live in north Scotland where the signal for O2 is not great so much better now with the sim

I bought a Smart Sim for 2 reasons. I work in highly crowded environments which usually means no cell signal. Honest SS does an OK job at finding alternative providers but I found it usually just picked the same one regardless, which was my own network anyway. It’s probably the case that my provider is the best but having 2 sims with no cell coverage is not a fix for me. Secondly (and the reason I cancelled), I work abroad quite a bit and thought that a Smart Sim would be an elegant way to use my phone abroad. I was in Seattle/Vancouver for 2 weeks before I gave up and bought an Airalo. The smart sim didn’t work. It connected to various networks but i couldn’t use whatsApp reliably. It would pop a tiny string of data through maybe once or twice but the speeds were so throttled or not there at all that I gave up. The idea is a good one but in practice I will stick to what I know in future.
