I thought my TV and broken down,I got in touch with home tree and they were really quick and on the boil,their engineer rang me during the same day to make arrangements to come out and look at it,as it turned out there was nothing wrong,so cancelled but they still rang to make sure if things were still ok before they cancelled off the task very efficient

I’m a new customer and it was my first boiler service. The engineer was quick and professional. My only problem was the visit was booked but I was not given a time frame as too what time only in the morning.Other than that all went well

Very efficient service and worked hard to get an engineer with days of reported issue.

Renewal came through with higher increase than expected. Was then offered a lower price which I gratefully accepted and then received the updated documents.

Spoke to Stephen at Home tree, really easy signup process, explained everything in great detail
And I feel like I’ve got a good bargain on the Home essentials Plan, compared with another company where everything separate,
It was a good to get everything under one umbrella at a very competitive price.

Great young engineers. Very good to see they were appropriately trained to do the job diligently and especially independently.

Good service as usual, engineer friendly and explained what he was doing. To me Hometree are consistently the best company to look after your central heating.
Highly recommend.
