This sign arrived within the allotted time frame. It was quite simple to attach, and is of very high quality. I believe it is very useful to have, as I am at the corner plot, and it gives the street name so deliveries can clearly see what street they are on.

I have to agree with others on the reviews - why do you use royal mail when they are so bad - or why not use the guaranteed next day service and charge for it - at least the good will arrive am your reviews will improve- most complaints about royal mail-

Ordered and paid for 1st class delivery. Finally received an email saying it had been shipped on the Monday. Did not arrive by the Wednesday so emailed them as the tracking number they sent didn’t seem to be working. Emailed the. A further 2 times over the coming days and I did not receive one reply considering the automated reply said that they would contact me within 1 day. Sign arrived today ( Friday ) with a 48hr delivery label on it so fuming I paid for one service and received another. No apologies or anything. Product itself is ok but the customer service is absolutely shocking and the one star is for the product itself. Won’t use or recommend them to anyone for this reason.

So, I ordered an illuminated sign from here as a repeat customer and I must admit, the sign itself is really great. But I was let down with a massive wait for the item as they were awaiting for parts to arrive for the sign itself. It took over a month to get the item and a relatively slow reply from the team it was a bit of a let down. If they were to post on their website stating realistic delivery times due to parts etc then it wouldn't have been an issue. I think the more transparent HomeSignCo are then the better service they'll have.

Been almost a month and still nothing, no one responds to emails or facebook or instagram which is terrible, i think i got scammed
