The whole process from site visit, quote, Building Control, installation through to the finished site went perfectly. James and his team worked so hard and carefully to make sure we ended up with the neatest installation - the care, attention to detail and tidiness is something we really appreciated.

Our experience with Homeseptic was positive throughout - from seeking advice about the best solution for replacing our old septic tank and obtaining a quote, to the installation and commissioning of the new sewage treatment plant. They are very knowledgeable (as can be seen from their website) and were unfailing polite and pleasant to deal with. Our new system was installed on schedule, and the site left in a good condition. My drainage field had failed and needed redoing.

Even though I live outside their work zone. I needed to raise my drainage field pipes, but know nothing about Pumping Stations. I emailed Homeseptic to ask their advice Andy replied the following day with a list of recommendations .

My recent experience with this company has been beyond good.My house was recently on the market and my buyers had requested a drainage survey as all houses in this small village have private drainage.I contacted a company I found online and they came to conduct a Homebuyers Drainage Report.I was very surprised and extremely upset when told that my system was not compliant with present regulations and that a very invasive and expensive upgrade would be needed.Before agreeing to the work I decided to do some research and happily that led me to Andy at Homeseptic who,besides being extremely knowledgable,was very generous with his advice,My buyers agreed to a second survey and Andy came and conducted that.He found my system to be both compliant and working as it should be and his report was so comprehensive that my buyers were happy to accept his opinion.
The rules on private drainage are very complex and I hope that the first company were just mistaken in their interpretation of them.It was such a relief to find a totally knowledgable and ethical company who were able to save me a great deal of unnecessary nworry,upheaval and expense.I have recommended Homeseptic to friends in the village and,based on my experience,have no hesitation in giving them my highest recommendation here.

Our experience with Homeseptic was outstanding from start to finish. We would like to thank Andy, James, Scott and the other members of the team who worked on our project. They were super professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with.

A few weeks after moving into our home we discovered our sewerage pump had stopped working due to it receiving no power .Our Home Emergency insurance cover agency agreed to send an engineer but we had to wait 4 days and were told not to shower etc .This was very stressful for my husband who has memory loss and kept forgetting our drainage situation . When the engineer finally arrived he said for various reasons he could not help .This was very upsetting .I found some paperwork referring to Homeseptic from our vendors .I contacted them and immediately Andy said he would help.Within a short time he arranged for James an engineer to visit the next day .James arrived and although the electrical fault took time to identify he worked until he resolved the problem and the pump was working . Thank you Homeseptic team .

From our first contact with this company, we were impressed. They visited, gave a comprehensive and detailed quotation which we felt was very fair. Work was undertaken quickly and efficiently with the least disruption possible for such a task which obviously involved a lot of earthwork. James quoted and led the work for us. He was always available not only on site during the scheduled works but also on the phone with any queries we may have had. Communications via the office were also timely and easily understood. We are very pleased with the work carried out and for the advice the company website gave us in the first place. Its very easy for us to recommend this company.

Homeseptic is a rarity these days. They are excellent at their job, give clear and comprehensive explanations with their quote, as well as throughout the work and after completion. They answer calls (!) and emails promptly and helpfully, and they work neatly and with care for the customers property. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have no hesitation in recommending Homesepic and the service we received from Dave, Keiran and the team in installing a new sewage treatment plant. Dave is a real professional with a huge amount of experience and was really able to limit the disruption from the work through his recommendations when compared to those put forward from the other companies we spoke to. The team were reliable and punctual from the initial visit and throughout the two weeks of installation and left everything clean and tidy at the end and also managed the process of obtaining environmental permits as well. Highly recommended.

Spoke to Dan, he immediately knew we was outside of Homeseptic area of coverage but still spent time giving us valuable advice, if Homeseptic cover your area I would highly recommend them.

We needed a home buyers septic survey - Dan was very helpful on the phone and set up an appointment quickly. Andy did the survey and not only fed back his findings verbally, but he also generated a full report within a couple of days. Andy was great at answering emails and follow-up questions. Very grateful for all his expertise!
