After asking for a consultation I was promptly contacted by Matthew Cooper who arranged to telephone me. Matthew gave a wide range of advice that was extremely helpful which I will act upon. He was also pleasant and I could tell he was an expert in his field. I would highly recommend his independent advice for anyone wishing to sell their property.

The personal consultation with Matt was very helpful in teasing out the factors in my particular property situation. He listened carefully and then suggested potential ways forward with the pros and cons of each. He also offered to put me in touch with someone at an auction house that could be of help.

Late last year, my partner and I had committed to a move back to the antipodes in three months time,
however we had not sold our house!

We were first-time sellers, and after exploring the auction house option with homesellingexpert.co.uk we decided

However, what really sets him apart is his incredible willingness to help, take the time to understand your particular situation and to find the best solution for your specific issue.

I contacted Matt late on Sunday evening regarding my property sale issue and he responded almost straightaway not just expressing sympathy with my situation but also with a genuine offer to discuss it and to try and find the best solution.

The following day he spent an incredible amount of time on the phone with me and with another party, all to get to the bottom of would be the best solution for me.
