I've had 3 orders with them and I cannot recommend them enough. Delicious fast, efficient delivery and great prices.

Tasteful, home like preparations but portion size could be better

If i could give 0 stars I would.
Brought the starter pack at £50 plus £7 delivery. I suppose to get 4 500ml curries but got 1 chicken curry with 5 pieces of chicken wing's, 3rd full & they claim it's for 2 people, 1 butter chicken with 7 pieces of chicken breast pieces, 3rd full & they claim it's for 2 people, 1 small okra curry with a 3rd missing as you see in the pictures & they claim it's for 2 people, 1 dal makni which they claim it's 2 portions!
Then the guy asked me after I paid & it should be on his system, to send him a screenshot of my payment, who does that??? Degrading & unprofessional!!!
Will be getting in touch with trading standards & my solicitor!

Ordered the taster pack and the food tastes great and authentic. The delivery was smooth and the packaging of the food was careful aswell. Overall 5⭐️ for the taste, quality, quantity and the delivery. Thank you.

Absolutely loved the food here! The Indian food is authentic, beautifully prepared, and full of the comforting flavours you expect from home.
My mother has been recovering from surgery, and she has been eating the food from here during her recovery. It has been such a help — the meals are fresh, wholesome, flavourful, and feel like proper home-cooked Indian food.
It’s wonderful to find food that is not only delicious but also made with such care and authenticity. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for genuine Indian flavours and comforting, well-made food. ❤️

And the food we made was incredible

The food is exceptional, however the packaging was atrocious for delivery across the country. Not sealed well and not in insulated boxes, so the food arrived leaking. The few boxes that were still sealed had really exceptional food, not too oily, very authentic tasting. I wish the packaging had been different. I will resubscribe in a heartbeat when the packaging improves.

The quality of the food is undeniably amazing. True 'ghar ka khaana', and so so delicious. The reason it's only 4 stars is, recently, the meat portions have gotten a lot smaller (6 pieces of chicken does not make a main for 2), and, especially with the vegetable dishes, we've noticed cheaper veg being used to fill up the dish (e.g., we ordered pumpkin sabzi and it was very obviously half pumpkin and half carrot), which is a shame. When we first started ordering from here, this wasn't the case, so I blame the economy! But, considering the dishes aren't cheap, this feels dishonest.

We have been subscribers of HIF for a little over a month now. Their food is delicious, actually reminding us of homemade Indian meals. They are extremely quick to reply to queries, ensuring that a customer is well-informed instead of having to chase them up.

Excellent customer service

I want hesitant to buy this because it looks pricey. But it’s not.
I first a tester pack which was not so good. But the dishes were very tasty.
I then ordered a full non-veg pack with 12 boxes.

It’s the best taste I have tried in the uk so far. Absolutely love it.
Will be ordering every time I need it.

Because they are not expensive, I get through the month ordering 2x12 boxes = 214£ which is amazing .

One of the best things I have found is this that made my life so easy. And very grateful for making it genuinely tasty.

Absolutely loved the food! Everything was delicious, and full of flavour. The taste felt really homely, and you could tell that a lot of care went into preparing it. Definitely one of the best food experiences I’ve had — would highly recommend! ❤️

Did the Sunday cooking glass. Well organised, everything needed was provided. Instruction at a good pace and individual advice given as things went along. No pressure from instructors. Highly recommend if you want information traditional Indian cooking methods.
