The chicken was very nice and good quality, would be keen to order again but only for special occasions due to price. We would also order a selection box if they did one so that we could sample different things before buying a full box.

Doesnt resemble salmon and chewy mince
I should have known better than to buy food from a random guy turning up in the street to sell meet and fish I suppose. Lesson learned. £130 for some grass fed beef steak mince and wild caught salmon. The mince was chewy and honestly the worst mince I’ve ever had and the fish although it was ok Didnt resemble salmon in the slightest. I have a freezer full of it and quite honestly will throw it in bin as I don’t even know how to contact the company. Rip off!

This is certainly not the experience we want any customer to have, and we would strongly encourage you not to throw anything away just yet. We do have a full product guarantee policy in place, and if there is a genuine quality issue, we do want the opportunity to investigate it properly and put things right.
For any quality concern, we ask that customers contact us within 14 days, with no more than two portions used from a box, and that the remaining product is kept frozen in its original packaging. We may ask for photos, batch details, or for the product to be retained for collection or inspection so we can review it fully with our supplier.
We are sorry you were left unsure how to contact us, and we would like the chance to resolve this for you directly. Please contact our customer service team with your details so we can look into the salmon and mince concerns properly.

I bought the Tandoori Chicken portions,and they were absolutely delicious.I had a friend staying with me for the Easter and it was immensely enjoyed.by all. A Culinary Find
We are so pleased to have met our local salesman.
This is the first time buying the products so we decided to sample a box of lobster tails and a box of steaks. Everything is packaged beautifully. We have tried the steaks and they are wonderful; surpassing anything from a supermarket. We look forward to our next visit so we can try some of the other items.

Your representative was very good, personable, not pushy however the box containing my fish looked as if it had been the demonstration box. I am hoping that the contents had not been defrosted several times over many weeks!!!

I completely understand your concern regarding the box appearance, and I want to reassure you that all of our products are kept frozen to strict standards and are never defrosted and refrozen. What you received will have been from our working stock, not a demonstration product, even if the outer packaging didn’t look its best.
That said, presentation does matter, and I’ll make sure this is fed back to the team so we can improve that side of things moving forward.
