Excellent customer service
I called Homelet today to amend my current insurance and spoke to Lucy Bishop on the Customer Service Team.
Having identified that this was not required she listened to me while I explained why I thought the amendment was needed following a previous problem that I have had.
She quickly grasped the issue and assisted me by obtaining an agreement from another department to reopen a previous claim.
At all times she was polite, friendly, and understanding which I greatly appreciated.

Efficient and friendly sales service
Shirazul was knowledgable, friendly and gave me a good laugh while he helped set up our new renters insurance. I’m pleased with the coverage - especially for pet damage! Hopefully we won’t need to make any claims, but if we do, I have optimism the team at HomeLet will be supportive

Had a really good call with Valentin Valeanu, who took me through the steps to insure my new rental property. Friendly and helpful, never condescending, Valentin explained each step in the process clearly and in detail. Made the whole process painless. Very reasonable rates. Would highly recommend.
