Very nice experience in ING Office Dristor

This bank is a huge SCAM!!!
They blocked my account for no reason.
I provided everything they requested TWO MONTHS ago and they just don't reactivate it.
The only answer I receive every day is "You need to wait, the case is being reviewed".
They don't have any information or any time frames. Nothing. They will NEVER do anything to return your money to you.
I recommend never to open an account in this bank, and if you have a similar problem as me - just hire a lawyer and sue this bank.

This bank noticed an unusual transaction I had made. They contacted me personally and prevented me from being scammed out of 9,000 euros. This top service is worth a thank you.

I will not recommend this bank to anyone let alone one of my friends. Management completely useless, been trying to do a transfer for days now. I am definitely not going to use its services anymore.

Excellent mobile app and fast customer service. I was always happy with ING (and I have been a client for more than 12 years).

I am customer from very long time but I won’t continue using this bank anymore.
They are thifts, because they indicate 0 comission while using RON card in another currency, but they hide it in the exchange rate.
Very poor services.

Honestly i don't recommend this bank (neither for personal use or for business).

1) They ask me to pass at the bank of my "sediu social" to confirm my info didn't change. (I mean, if something change I will let them know, but i have other things to do then to go at the bank for that if it doesn't).

2) No direct contact with an adviser related to my account, each time i have to contact their "myline" number and speak with a random person (sometimes they can speak english sometimes not) - take example on other banks where you can contact your personal adviser that remain the same person directly through your personal banking account.

3) (Same as mentioned above - but it deserve to be mentioned again) Impossible to have quick text/mail and user friendly contact through "homebank".

4) Huge interest on credit. (Well, it seem to be a normal thing in Romania though, but in comparison to France it's pretty insane).

Resume: It really feel like ING live 40-50 years back in time.
