Homafy, a penny scammer. I have ordered a game stick and since 1 month I have been reaching them out. 1st I received an incomplete product, after lot of fight, they took the incomplete product back and since then as per the customer care(Ms. Ruchi), my replacement is sitting in the warehouse to pickup by courier and this is same status since 20th Oct 2024. I asked for my money back and now they need their manager Mr. Yash Gupta to process it and this bloody manager will never be in the office.

I have place a complaint on National Consumer Helpline portal.

one suggestion HOMAFY, better to go begging than scamming, it has got much better pride than this.

Homafy is scammer, don't buy from this website, half mind peoples running this buisness.

If there is option to rank them negative i am totally there to do so. This campany is having pathetic after sales service. I ordered LED rakhis along with Tiffin from this site long back in Sept month. Details: Order Number 493144 placed on 16-07-2024. I received the LED rakhis but i didnt recive the Tiffin. I emailed them got no response. I reached them over watsapp but nothing untill now. No one is bothered to look after the issue. I once said i report this to consumer forum about Tiffin not been delivered and then to calm me down they shared a tracking number stating that the tiffin will get delivered but after few days they cancelled that delivery from their end. Again i am chasing them. They are neither sending the Tiffin nor are they refunding the amount. Very pathetic after sales service. I will suggest all not to buy products from this site.

Recieved defective product

Everything is wrong about this company. I got fooled twice, and I am sure they knew it. First time was when I ordered two brazilian wood where they promised buy one get one along with the plate to keep it and a decorative figure to place on top of it. Si, I was supposed to get 4 in total with the accessories. When I got the order, there was this one small emancipated piece of wood in it and nothing else. When contacted through WhatsApp or mail, there was some response in the beginning...then complete silence. I got fed up and left it at that. After sometime, I ordered water lit LED diyas, a pack of 35, for the coming diwali some weeks back. I recieved a small parcel. On opening it, there were 3 diyas out of which 2 were working and one not. I tried contacting them. It was then I realised that these are the same people who sold me the brazilian wood. Since then to even now I am trying to get some response from them, but to no avail. Fooled conveniently twice....

They are sheer frauds. Its been 15 days, I have not received my order. Stealing money from people. They will never deliver your order. Fooling people. On being asked the tracking number, they will not reply. Please do not fall for these thieves.

Product quality size totally diffrent from as seen on website.
Cost is also very high as compared with other website.
Even once u purchased u are not able to return and get money refunded.
Dont buy anything from this Homafy.

Worst Website to order. I have ordered a customised rakhi and caricature for raksha bandhan. When I track the status of the order it is showing order received even after raksha bandhan.. They don't deliver goods promptly as promised and very very very worst experience. I don't want any one to suffer like this. RIP homafy

Do not buy from them! The are theifs, i ordered customised rakhi's almost 25 days before the occassion and even after multiple mails/calls- no revert and received the order 10 days after rakhi and the quality was not even for 10rs infact one of them was broken. They are simply stealing money.

Their products quality is third class. Please do not consider for gifting purposes. You will waste your money.

Hopeless service. I had placed an order on 12Aug. And till now it shows that the product is still in the making phase . Rakhi is already over..and once you write you cannot raise a concern or write complain also

Worst service ever I request you all who is gonna order anything for the loved one from this fraud website please don't . Instead order from some trusted website or buy offline don't make the mistake I have made.
I ordered customised rudraksha Bracelet rakhi for my brother for the occasion of rakhabandhan and they messed up my order by changing the name of my brother and when I tried to contact them they were late to reply and when called them didn't pick up my calls I did not expected such amateurish service. I have ordered from multiple websites like this but this has to be the worst experience of my life .Please don't buy from this website .

Please report this website they have not delivered my order which consist of rakhis placed over a month ago on 13 july 2024 inspite of repeated requests and calls there is no response. After being fed up of their non responsiveness I even told them to cancel my order and refund the money but there is action to that too. So I guess they just scamming people

Their service is really bad. They delivered me the wrong product and when I called them they say that they have ordered the replacement order but it has been more than a month now and I never received the product yet.

Avoid ordering from this website.They had sent me defective product.After sharing all the details,they stopped responding to your calls/messages

This is a FRAUD company and is here to loot you.. they have delivered a defective product and are not answering calls or replying to messages for the return. As requested, to be cautious I filmed the opening of the packaging in case there is an issue, I provided proof of a defective product but they are not responding about the refund and return.

I’ve recently bought a mini cooler and It is really good. Build quality is amazing and Also they delivered on time. So overall my experience was pretty good. Thanks homafy for this amazing product.
